Click to Call Personal:

Click to Call personal is free software with no setup or monthly rental fees. You will need to enter a credit card (Amex, Visa or Mastercard), or a debit card to put credit on your account once your free calling minutes expire.

By default your account will top up automatically so you don’t run out of credit or you elect to top up manually. You can decide how much credit will be added to your account on each top up event when you configure your account. UK Customer top up values include VAT. Customers domiciled outside the UK top up at their full recharge value.

 

Call recording is switched on by default and is charged at 0.7 pence UK, 1.3 cents US or 0.9 cents Euro per minute or part thereof.

Calls you make to your target numbers are charged at our retail rates - see here. Calls are billed on a per second basis subject to a 30 second minimum call fee with no connection charge.

Calls we make to you are FREE if over VOIP or 0.8p (UK), 1.2 cent (US) or 2 Euro cents per minute to landlines in relevant countries over the normal public phone network (default). Mobile Rates vary by country.

Click to Call Corporate:

Corporate customers can share call minutes between their users and benefit from our Click to Call Corporate portal which includes a comprehensive suite of reports and user monitoring tools. Corporate customers benefit from discounted call rates and are on a 12 month contract. Contact us for specific call bundles and call rates.
