Call Recording is particularly attractive since the more calls are recorded and the more stored, the more savings customers make on their own IT costs and the more they rely on the expertise of their service provider to host and store their call recordings in a secure and reliable fashion.

Meanwhile Network based Outbound applications both provide customers with new ways to boost their own sales or credit collections but at the same time create new revenue streams for Operators and providers where cents / pence per minute rates are no longer the be all and end all, but the value that the service offers the client is what keeps them using it.

One size doesn’t fit all and Magnetic North’s Universal Editions of Maximise (outbound contact) and Optimise (Call Recording)  are engineered from the ground up to provide mission critical network based installations that leverage both TDM and IP networks.


Our clients benefit from the ability to help improve our products to meet their evolving needs  at a fixed cost of ownership through the Magnetic North Product Improvement (PI) process, whereby their suggestions for client requested features will be added to our roadmap and delivered within the cost of their existing support over time. For urgent requests, an accelerated PI can be provided at a fixed cost and delivered quickly to meet specific project needs.
