With Maximise, integration is not a problem. In fact, we make it so simple, that there is no need for lengthy intervention from the IT guys, you can do it all yourselves!

Predictive Dialer applications have to integrate to business processes at a number of levels to deliver maximum flexibility and opportunity for the business using the platform. Maximise makes things easy by providing flexible open API interfaces and also automated macros that release the IT department from having to do integration and enable business users themselves to create simple screen pops for adhoc campaigns in to existing business systems and web applications alike. This includes hosted applications such as Oracle CRM and Salesforce.com as well as onsite applications like Chordiant, Clarify, Fair Isaac, Mainframe and In-house applications.

Magnetic North Developer Kit for Maximise.

Magnetic North offer an Optional Developer Kit, which is a chargeable option, but provides a standalone 4 seat “simulator” predictive dialer that can be run on a server or a virtual machine and enables integrators to work and test integrations to their applications in an “offline” environment, and only then cut over integrations to a production platform once they are tested. The simulator component enables the integrator to test the solution with virtual agents receiving virtual calls to provide a realistic end to end call management and statistics reporting capability.
