Our Esprit Middleware provides the link to enable our customers to mix and match different partner technologies throughout their network. So if a customer users Nortel ACD in Europe, CISCO IP Contact Center in the United States, and Avaya in Asia, it's no problem for Magnetic North. Our software integrates seamlessly to all these platforms and if you upgrade from one to another then it's just a question of installing new drivers to support the new platform.
