How does Optimise integrate with Volt Delta OASIS Directory Enquiries?
Optimise integrates with OASIS via the Real Time Adherence (RTA) interface to provide information about the calls agents are taking, such as clid, dialled number and which agent is taking which call. The RTA interface is a stream of XML messages provided by the OASIS system. This connectivity supports multiple connections to handle clustered and redundant OASIS systems.
We support VOIP recording of the agent workstations.
VOIP recording is achieved using either packet mirroring of IP VOIP traffic provide us with a copy of the VOIP traffic to record, or we recommend and encourage customers to use specialist network Tap units which provide a more scalable solution and have less impact on the overall network and its management.
