How does Optimise integrate with Rockwell Aspect?

Optimise integrates tightly to Rockwell Spectrum, Aspect Call Centre for inbound ACD environment and to legacy predictive dialling platforms such as Davox, E-Share, Melita and Concerto for intelligent recording of outbound predictive dialling calls.

Platforms it works with

     Rockwell Spectrum with Transaction Link  CTI for either
        service observe or E1 trunk side passive tap recording
  
  Aspect Call Centre with Contact Server CTI for either AMC
        Card 16 channel T1 service observe of for E1 trunk side
        passive tap recording or SIP VOIP recording
  
  Davox (aka E-share,aka Concerto, aka Aspect Software)
        Diallers – Supported using E1 Passive tap and relevant
        CTI interface – e.g. Workstation API etc
  
  Melita dialler – E1 passive TAP recording and Magnetic
        North Agent tracker software for indexing at the
        agent desktop

How does Maximise integrate with Rockwell Aspect?

Maximise provides integration to Rockwell Spectrum and Aspect call centre as follows

1. E1 integration for “hardware dialling”
2. CTI Softdialling using Transaction Link or Contact Server
     as appropriate
3. SIP VOIP integration where Maximise appears to the
     Aspect Call Centre server as a single endpoint with multiple
     DN’s associated to it (2 per concurrent logged in agent)

Maximise can blend using CTI Links with the Rockwell Spectrum and Aspect Call Centre inbound ACD to provide an integrated call centre solution.
