Ericsson has evolved its traditional MD110 PBX platform to be the MX-ONE now VOIP enabled, as well as introduced the SIP compliant EMS platform. Magnetic North have integrated to all these platforms to provide our Ericsson customers with a world of choice in call recording or outbound dialling.
So how does Optimise integrate with Ericsson? Optimise integrates tightly to MD110 using E1 taps and CTI for call indexing in legacy installations. Customers with VOIP enabled SIP Ericsson platforms enjoy the full benefit of Magnetic North's Ericsson compatible EMS SIP recording. Platforms it works with Ericsson MD110 with Application Bridge CTI and Passive E1 Tap Recording Ericsson EMS or MX-One with SIP recording VOIP recording is achieved using either network mirror ports on data routers to provide us with a copy of the VOIP traffic to record, or we recommend and encourage customers to use specialist network Tap units which provide a more scalable solution and have less impact on the overall network and its management.
So how does Maximise integrate with Ericsson? Maximise integrates via Voice Cards to MD110 legacy systems or via SIP to the next generation SIP enabled MX-ONE and EMS platforms.
