How does Optimise integrate with Avaya?
Optimise integrates tightly to Avaya’s Definity and Communications Manager (S87xx) series platforms, as well as to legacy platforms such as Avaya Index and also the Avaya PDS Predictive Dialling systems.
All features are supported, including the ability to record using service observe (DS1 observe), Trunk Tap of T1/E1 lines incoming and Station tap of digital extensions. We support VOIP recording of Avaya IP phones out of the box, including remote workers and Avaya Telecommuter users.

VOIP recording is achieved using either packet mirroring of IP VOIP traffic provide us with a copy of the VOIP traffic to record, or we recommend and encourage customers to use specialist network Tap units which provide a more scalable solution and have less impact on the overall network and its management.
