Alcatel OmniPCX customers have led the wave towards voice over IP. Magnetic North has supported them with penalty free migration to IP recording and dialling.

                                                                                                   

So how does Optimise integrate with Alcatel?

Optimise integrates tightly to the OmniPCX for call recording and uses E1 Passive tap and CDR ports to provide recording, or advanced CTI integrated to provide more robust and detailed integration.

Platforms it works with
    Omni-PCX with CTSA CTI  with E1 passive TAP or
       IP recording using VOIP taps

VOIP recording is achieved using either network mirror ports on data routers to provide us with a copy of the VOIP traffic to record, or we recommend and encourage customers to use specialist network  Tap units which provide a more scalable solution and have less impact on the overall network  and its management.

So how does Maximise integrate with Alcatel?

Maximise integration to the OmniPCX is via E1 trunks of using VOIP trunks.
