Magnetic North has teamed up with the Salesforce Foundation and is donating our Maximise for Salesforce solution to eligible Non Profits organisations around the world who would like to use Salesforce for telephone based Donor canvassing and Volunteer management.
Like Maximise for Salesforce – there are no setup or rental costs, but Magnetic North has also introduced a non profit tariff which provides charities and non profit organisations with calls at wholesale rates, enabling them to save money on their existing phone bills and contact more people too.
Maximise for Salesforce requires no CTI connector installation, and runs natively inside salesforce using the familiar Campaign and Lead screen functionality, providing managers and team leaders with realtime dashboards and powerful reporting to analyse call outcomes, and contact success rates.
