Maximise Predictive Dialing 3.0.0 tested and approved CISCO Certified for Cisco Communications Manager and UCCE

Magnetic North, a leading provider of web based productivity solutions for outbound dialling and call recording, today announced it has upheld and renewed its status as a CISCO Technology Developer Partner, after its latest version of Maximise Outbound Predictive Dialling was tested and verified as compliant with the latest releases of CISCO Communications Manager and UCCE.

Cisco officially verified Maximise 3.0, which provides preview, progressive and predictive dialling for sales, service and debt collection environments, as compatible with Communication Manager 6.1 (formerly known as Call Manager),  the world’s leading call system software, and for Call Blending with Cisco UCCE (Unified Call Center Enterprise) version 7.2 (formerly known as IPCC Enterprise). Optimise call recording software by Magnetic North which originally passed several years ago as Cisco compatible has also upheld its compatible status with the newer versions.
