Eircom chooses Magnetic North Optimise Call Recording

Eircom is Ireland's largest telecommunications company, boasting an average of 75% of the market share within the Republic of Ireland. With products such as fixed line telecommunications, internet service provision and mobile telephony in its portfolio, customer satisfaction is vital to their business.

 

Their Dublin based call centre is the heartbeat of their customer service and technical support operation, and this is where Magnetic North have recently deployed Optimise to over 150 agents. Eircom, through their call centre partner, are using the call recording in partnership with their Nortel Symposium system, and are particularly focussed on the quality monitoring aspect of the software, using the call grading features of Optimise.
