Optimise has a wealth of features innovated for and by outsourcers and for profit centres, including unlimited Client Access licenses to allow remote access to selected call groups by clients over secure extranets, as well as the ability to import non voice media such as fax, email or scanned correspondence to the quality grading system free of charge to provide a 360 degree quality, scoring and coaching platform that covers all the aspects of a particular client contract.

Maximise offers a similar feature set, including unlimited live client dashboards that can securely remote provide live access to campaign performance, as well as list shared list functionality to deliver best productivity for outbound teams whereby agents can share lists to work on bureau accounts once they have exhausted their own specialist lists for particular client projects.
