Magnetic North understands that knowledge acquisition and retention is vital to the organisation, if customer intimacy and satisfaction is to be achieved.

This process of learning is often cumbersome and expensive. Our approach is to “trigger” training for agents based on supervisor evaluations performed using our Optimise Quality Monitoring tool.

Magnetic North aim to simplify initial training modules and instead provide a simple foundation training pack, followed by a structured on-going, web-based learning program, which can lead to career progression.
